Beginners are welcome to watch and/or join in any class. We also run beginner's courses throughout the year. Each beginner's course will be 6 classes.

The objective of the beginner's course is to provide students with a strong foundation in the basic techniques of Yoshinkan Aikido. The curriculum includes teachings in the basic stance, the correct sitting position, 6 Kata movements, forward and backward rolls and break falls
